Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request which confirms service to the chief executives-of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the Commonwealtn of Pernsylvania, Bureau of Radiation Protection.

The proposed amendment changes the requirement to test for operability, prior l
to maintenance of ECC System components, to a requirement to ensure operability cased on the verifici. tion of completion of appropriate surveillance and inservice test and inspection activities.
