MOTION BY CHARLES HUSTED TO REFER CONSIDERATION OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA'S MOTION TO DISQUALIFY THE LAW FIRM OF SHAW, PITTMAN, POTTS & TROWBRIDGE On May 28, 1985, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania filed a motion to disqualify Mr. Charles Husted's current counsel from representing Mr. Husted in the proceeding that he has requested concerning his integrity.

Husted, dated March 25, 1985, responding to opportunity for hearing provided by CLI-85-2 (Feb. 26, 1985), slip op. at 54-55.
The hearing in question has'not yet been convened, and an. administrative law judge has not yet been appointed to hear Under t'ese circumstances, Mr. Husted respect fully
