Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Withdrawal of Technical Specification Change Request No. 214 GPU Nuclear requests that Technical Specification Change Request No. 214 be withdrawn.
TSCR No. 214 was submitted on May 13,1992 to request a change to license condition 2(c)(8)(2) regarding the primary-to-secondary steam generator leakage limits. Since the NRC's development of a steam generator tube integrity mie will affect these limits generically for all plants, we understand that the NRC wishes to defer any permanent increase pending the results of that rulemaking. Therefore, we request that TSCR No. 214 he withdrawn.
