Dear Mr. Denton:

The purpose of this letter is to advise you of our current plans for conpletion of Limerick Generating Station, Unit 2.

At this time, Unit 2 is approximately 30% complete and its construction has been suspended pending the results of the Limerick Unit No. 2 Investigation currently being conducted by the Pennsylvania Pubile Utilities Conmission.

In accordance with our presentation in the PUC proceeding, it is our plan to restene construction in October,1985 asstaning favorable rulings from the Adninistrative Law dudge and the full Pubile Utilities Ccmnission.
