Limerick Generating Station, Unks 1 and 2 Withdrawal of Technical Specifications Change Request No. 94-49-0 Gentlemen By letter dated June 5,1995, PECO Energy Company submhted Technical Specifications (TS)
Change Request No.94-494 requesting an amendment to the TS (Appendix A) to FacNky Operating License Nos. NPF-39 and NPF-85 for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Unks 1 and 2, respectively. Specifically, TS Change Request No. 9449-0 requested a change to TS Section 3/4.1.5, " Standby Liquid Control System," (SLCS), to remove the minimum flow rate requirement for the SLCS pumps from TS Section 3/4.1.5.
Subsequently, we, provided additional information in support of TS Change Request No. 94-49-0 by letter dated May 8,1996, in order to assist the NRC in ks review of this proposed TS change.
However, after discussions with the NRC and further review of this proposed TS change, we have decided to withdraw TS Change Request No. 94-49-0.
Therefore, this letter withdraws our Application for Amendment to Faclity Operating License Nos.
NPF-39 and NPF-85, dated June 5,1995, requesting that TS Section 3/4.1.5 be revised to remove the minimum flow rate requirement for the SLCS pumps from the TS.
