We petition the Appeal Board to reverse ASLB's decisions and to find in favor of the intervenors on the basis of the record and the findings of the intervenors.
We believe ASLB erred seriously in not recognizing the severe threat to the safety of the users of Valley Forge Park from the park not being included in emergency planning for the EPZ and actually added to the EFZ area.
