SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SON)- UNIT 2 CYCLE 7,90-DAY IN-SERVICE INSPECTION (ISI)
SUMMARY
REPORT Enclosed is SON's Unit 2 Cycle 7 ISI Summary Report that contains a historical record of repairs, replacements, and ISI examinations and augmented examinations that were performed on American Society of Mechanical Engineers (SAME) Code Class 1 and 2 l
components from December 16,1995, to June 9,1996. Note that this report also includes repair and replacements performed during the time period from November 16, 1994, to December 15,1995, however no Isis were performed during this period, included with this ISI report are the Steam Generator Tube inspection results (Appendix A), NIS-2 Owners Data Report for Repairs and Replacements (Appendix B), and a pressure test report (Appendix C).
This ISI Summary Report is being provided in accordance with IWA-6230 of ASME Section XI Code.
