In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2. The proposed changes are provided in enclosure 1. This proposed change requires the acoustic monitoring system to be considered one of the two required valve position indication channels for the pressurizer power operated relief valves and the safety valves. The justification for the proposed technical specification changes is provided in enclosure 2.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
This requested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 and no significant hazards considerations are involved.
