Seabrook Meeting Notices
Dear Mr. Nerses:
Thank you for your letter of April 15 responding to my letter of March 18, in which I expressed concern about receiving notices of meetings after the meetings had taken place.
In your letter you asked me to supply you with a telephone number and a telefax number for contact purposes when a proposed meeting has less than a one week notice period.
My telephone number is (207) 289-3051.
I have been told that there is no telefax in the state offices here in Augusta; we do, however, have a Xerox 400 telecopier whose verification number is 289-3141.
Thank you for your attention to the concerns that we raised.
I assume that all parties will now have sufficient notice regarding meetings 'related to the Seabrook Operating Licensing proceedings.
