Duquesne Light Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, Ohio Edison Company, and The Toledo Edison Company, is filing herewith three (3) signed originals plus three (3) copies of Amendment 4 to the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2.
This Amendment consist of our changes resulting from plant design modifications impacting the analysis.
Please insert the revised Amendment 4 material into the FMEA as per the attached Amendment Instruction Sheets.
