For day.to-day su xrvision, the Manager of the Office of Radiation Safety reports to the Director of the Neely Nuc ear Research Center. Supervision encampmenen both financial and administrative matters and broad pmgram dktion.

In terms ofreporting responsibilities, an obligation exists for the reporting of all safety viath. dan condisons,and potential problems to the Nuclear Safeguards Cormr.ittee as well as to appropriate line manager, regardless oflocation in the Georgia Tech organi=*=_a1 structure. The Nuclear Safeguanis Committee has a direct reporting relationship to the Office of President of Georgia Tech. For urgent, dangerous, or unn: solved situations ofin.portance, the Office of Radianon Safety has an obligation to report and inform their direct supervrsor, the Director of the Neely Nuclear Research Center, and/or the Vice President for Research, an#ar the President.
