" General oc Criteria for Security Personnel," are submitted for review and approval as the operational Security Plan for Fort St. Vrain.

Measures During Refueling Operations" (Confidential), will be submitted as Revision 15, with no changes, under separate cover.
This Plan revision is in response to Reference (1) regarding changes (Revision 14) to the Security Plan and Reference (2), which refers to 9[
the inspection conducted by Mr. Ronald A. Caldwell during the period [f, December 17-19, 1984, and as a result of these letters appropriate h
changes have been accomplished in the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan. Accordingly, other moderate changes have been incorporated into the Security Plan, which are also documented in the Explanation of lIl Changes (Attachments 1 and 3).
