Chances Attached is a raquest for an amendment to the Technical Specifications, Appendix A of the Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. This request is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.90.
Technical Specification Administrative Controls section 6.1.F.1 states that:
"The objective shall be to have operating personnel work a normal 8-hour day,40-hour week while the plant is operating."
This amendment request proposes to revise this statement so that either 8 or 12 hour1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br /> shifts will be considered " normal" and that 40-hours is considered a " nominal" week. Additionally, a j
number of other non-technical typographical and clarification changes are being made.
