Dear Sir:
The information requested in NRC lotter, dated October 2,
- 1992, regarding the circumstances surrounding the limited licensed operator who tested positive for marijuana is provided in the attachment in accordance with 10 CFR 26.29.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6), we request that the attached information be withheld from public disclosure since the information contains the limited licensed operator's name and personal information records.
Disclosure of this information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individual involved.
An affidavit in accordance with 10 CFR 2.79C(b)(1) is enclosed which supports our request that the information in the attachment be withheld from public disclosure.

Licenses NPF-39 and NPF-85 for LGS Units 1 and 2, and am authorized to execute this atfidavit on behalf of the Company; I am familiar with the Company's request, contained in our lett-3r deted November 17, 1992, which is incorporated herein by reference, to withhold in its entirety the report transmitted with our letter from p.-1,J disclosure in accordance with Section 2.790(a)(6) of the
' meu '. sion regulations; As stated in our letter, the disclosure of the information contained in the report, which identifies the individual who is tho subject of the report would constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of this individual.
In addition, deletion of the name of the individual alone would still leave sufficient information _ in the report to identify the 4
