In accordance with Rule 1.ll(d)(1) of the D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct. I am -
hereby providing notice that I have disqualified myself from participating in any manner in the matter designated below:
Any matter involving issuance of con 6rmatory shutdown order. license transfer,'or possession-only license, or approval of the decommissioning plan with respect to the Shoreham facility As a precautionary matter, I previously disqualified myself from participating in this matter. effective upon my joining the 6rm August 1,1993. pending completion of a formal conflicts review.
I have now completed that review, and based upon the review, have determined that my disqualification regarding this matter should become permanent.
Accordingly. I will not participate in any manner in this matter or the representation, discuss the matter or the representation with any partner, associate. or of counsel lawyer of the firm, or share in any fees for the matter or the representation.
