The attached Emergency Responso Plan and the Implementing Procedures became effective November 2, 1992.
As described in the referenced letter, the thanges in this Plan have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Plan, and the Plan and the Implementing Procedures, as changed, continue to meet the intent of 10CFR50.47(b), 10CFR50.54(q), and 10CFR50, Appendix E.
