Dear Dr. Murley:
Your letter of October 25, 1984 (EA 84-94) forwarded Notice of Violation for Inspection Report No. 50-277/84-19 and 50-278/84-10.
This inspection report cited several activities which did not appear to be in full compliance with NRC requirements.
These apparent deficiencies are restated, followed by our responses, in Appendix A to this letter.
Because Appendix A contains information relative to physical security at a licensed facility, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the requirements of Sections 73.21 and 2.790 of the Commission's Rules.
An affidavit in support of this request is attached hereto.
