Dear Administrative Judges:
At the April 17 Prehearing Conference LILCO indicated its-intent to modify the presently proposed security arrangements for the backup AC power sources at Shoreham for Phases III-and IV of low power operation.
At that time LILCO believed that those mate-rials could be filed with-the Board and parties by the end of April.
Completion of the materials describing these modifica-tions, including both a revision to the Physical Security Plan and implementing procedures, has encountered short-term logistic delays; LILCO presently expects to have these materials completed and ready to be served by early next week.
