Management actions to enhancing the Fitness for Duty Program during this J

reporting period were:

Management has benchmarking among all four sites in the Fitness for Duty i

Section. This has given more insight to each site's operations and ways f

to improve on program weaknesses.

Management has implemented a new Fitness for Duty Database.

It has e

easier accessibility to all work stations.

Also, it enhances the new database with more speed, accuracy with less chance for error, i

Fitness for Duty Initiatives Taken-l Assisted in testing of the new Fitness for Duty Database. All sites participated which involved key representatives from each site.

Each site gave its input on what was needed to improve the database.

Presently two employees are under the follow-up program.

Random testing rate during this period was 26.0% with a yearly testing e

rate of 50%.

l Effectiveness Evaluation-The Fitness for Duty program continues to update and revise procedures e

based on operating experience, lessons learned and NRC audits conducted at other nuclear sites to ensure a drug free workplace.
