Dear Mr. Youngblood:
We have reviewed the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP),
developed by the Staff, and have no comments on this draft.
We plan to schedule a meeting with the Staff some time towards the end of May to discuss some of our specific implementation plans to assure they meet the intent of the EPP and are acceptable to the Staff. We will inform you of a proposed meeting date in the near future.
