,not built by 1998, a date the Covernment. Accounting Office states is unlikely. Therefore'I ask for
- 1. full democratic p'rocess in the. crucial decision.
- 2. full public hearings held in the sited area.
- 4. a full cost / benefit analysis be done examing the cost of nuclear power and examine other sources of energy.
