Union Electric Company herewith transmits an application for amendment to Facility Operating LicenFO Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant.
This amendment application requests a revision to Technical Specification 3.9.7 and associated Bases to allow the fuel pool transfer gates to travel over fuel assemblies in the spent fuel pool for refueling activities, fuel aandling system maintenance, and transfer gate seal replacement.
The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and approved this amendment application.
Attachments 1 through 5 provide the Technical Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, Significant Hazards Evaluation,-and Environmental Consideration, respectively.
It has been determined that this amendment' application does not involve any unreviewed safety questions as defined in 10CFR50.59, nor a significant hazard consideration as determined per 10CFR50.92.
