The generic research and generic analysos conducted by HCOG to resolvo thn degraded core hydrogen control issue arn complete.
In accordance with this, the NRC issued a Safety Evaluation Report (SER) on the generic liydrcgen Control Program on August 10,'1990. ;The SER documented the NRC's review of the generic-Hydrogen Control Progrom -

j utilities, The liydrogon' Control Owners' Gro* y submitted two documents in responso to the NRC's concerns (i.e., llGN-137, dated' April l29, 1991 and llGN-136, dated April 30,--1991).
