Submittal of the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program Plan for the Third 120 Month Inttrval (1993 - 2003)
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55a and the Reference 5 ASME Code, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) submits the FCS ISI Program Plan, Revision 0 for the plant's third 120 month inspection interval commencing on September 26, 1993.
Tha FCS ISI Program Plan incorporates the requirements of the ASME Section XI Code (l (1987 Edition, 1909 Addenda, Parts 1, 6 and 10) for pump 1989 Edition) for NDE examinations and repair / replacement, and the O&M Manua and valve testing.
For the convenience of the NRC reviewers, an additional version of Plan lable 2.1 (Valve Test Program Matrix) sorted by systems is included.
OPPD requests that the NRC complete review of this Plan prior to July 1,1993 to allow OPPD suf ficient preparation time for implementation. OPPD intends to implement the FCS ISI Program Plan for the third 120 month interval on September 26, 1993.
