That letter submitted a proprietary report prepared by Combustion Engineering, CEN-628-P, Revision 01-P, " Verification of the Structural Integrity of the ABB CENO Steam Generator Welded Sleeve." By letter dated July 22,1996, you requested that we submit a non-proprietary version of this report. The non-proprietary version is attached to this letter.
In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regulatory Commission commitments.
