The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:10 PM.

2. The Committee approved the EGGG NpO 2 TRISO Coated Particles Activation experiment.

3. The Committee approved draft Procedures 0004,4501 &

H-300.

4. The Committee approved the NNRC request for secondary

5. The Committee approved minor revisions in previously approved procedures 3109,6090,6100, 7245,9037,9501.

6. The Committee approved Form A requests from F. Eisele, j D.W. Hall, D. Harmer and C. Papanicolopoulos.

7. The Committee approved NNRC request to withdraw previously approved procedure 5000 and to place it in the l System Manual.

4 8. The Committee concluded the discussion on Radiation Safety Manual and approved it.

I. 9. It was announced that committee member E.K. Barefield

! will be out for one year. It was agreed that a majority 4

of six members present at a meeting still constitutes a

" quorum".

, 10. The next meeting of the Committee was scheduled for Nov. 14, 1991 0 1 P.M.
