Activities The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:10 PM.

Minutes of the Committee meeting of June 27, 1991 were approved subject to minor revisions. The revised version is available for inspection at the NNRC.

Procedure Approval.
R. Karam informed the Committee that the sub-committee i
assigned with the task to review the 5000 series f
procedures is continuing to deliberate on it.
j The Committee approved with minor revisions draft i
procedures 2603, 2604, 2605, 2015, 7245, 7250.

The Committee approved a facility modification request j
91-001, Flasher for Annunciator Panel.

The Committee asked to look at the technical data on secondary water flow rate vs. AT at various power levels 3
before approving a change in the trip set point.
An additional 90 days extension was
- granted, in the j
meantime, to operate and generate such data.
5.
The chair invited observations and/or corrections on the j
Response to Audits performed by members of the NSC.
6.
Minor procedure modifications involving procedures 9012, 7220, 9017 were approved.
7 Form A approval request from Bob Hearn was approved on a one-time basis.
8.
Request to irradiate silicon ingot by John Walter of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, was approved.
