MOTION OF EXTENSION OF TIME Concerned Citizens of Louisa County respectfully requests that it be granted an additional six days in which to submit its prefiled testimony in this proceeding, now due May 3, 1985. This delay is necessitated by difficulties in correspondence with its out-of-town expert and an obligation on the part of counsel to be in California from May 1 to 6. In addition, CCLC has been unable to obtain f rom VEPCO needed information regarding the costs of dry cask storage methods, and to get this in forma tion to its expert.

Such a delay should not require any postponement of the evidentiary hearing now scheduled for May 21, 1985.
