The attached subpoenas were inadvertently deleted from Commonwealth Edison Company's Application for Subpoenas, filed April 25, 1985. Inasmuch as we have been informed by telephone that the Licensing Board has denied the application, the error is moot. However, the Application references documents described in the subpoenas. (That description is reiterated in the Notice of Depositions filed herewith.) Thus, the attached subpoenas are submitted for the sake of a complete record.
