This Special Report is being sutmitted in accordance with Technical-Specification 3.7.11.3 due to the fact that-the CO system to the IJ 4160-2 volis bus was not restorea to operable' status within _14 days.

On 9-27-92 at 0845, the 5 ton _C02 unit for the Diesel Generator. Building-

-was isolated to allow investigation:of-an. inadvertent system discharge into s.
