This Special Report is being sutmitted in accordance with Technical-Specification 3.7.11.3 due to the fact that-the CO2system to the IJ 4160-volis bus was not restorea to operable' status within _14 days.

On 9-27-92 at 0845, the 5 ton _C02 unit for the Diesel Generator. Building- '!

s . -was isolated to allow investigation:of-an. inadvertent system discharge into the'lJ 4160-volt's bus.---On-10-2-92-at 1130,:the 5 ton _CO2 L unit to the:
