In our le*.ter, dated Mey 21, 1984 [ Reference (c)], we provided responses for nine findings (items) resulting from the inspection. Of the nine items, Items 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8 involved interim compensatory meatures we committed to implement [ Reference (d)] and modifications we committed to complete by February 8, 1985 [ Reference (e)].
