In your March 13, 1985 Request for Additional Information, it was indicated that the Beaver Valley Unit No. 1 (BV-1) response to Item 2.2.2 of Generic Letter 83-28 was incomplete.
To Complete the BV-1 response to Item 2.2.2, a Nuclear Group Directive (NGD) and two Site Administrative Procedures (SAPS) were forwarded to the NRC by our letter of March 18, 1985.
NGD Number 23 and SAP Chapter 24 provide administrative controls for the evaluation, tracking and disposition of vendor technical information and other safety-related equipment technical information commonly received or initiated by BV-1 personnel. SAP Chapter 1,Section VI.L provides administrative controls on vendor services performed at BV-1.
