Dear Mr. Keppler:
Enclosed are seven (7) copies of Temporary Modification T-8997 to the currently approved and effective " Industrial Security Pla," AD 1808.00, for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. Temporary Modification T-8997 incorporates changes which do not decrease the ef fectiveness of the approved security plan.
This revision is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) as the report containing a description of the change.
Application is being made to withhold the enclosed information from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
The attached enclosures contain safeguards information.
