Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) received GL 92-06 on October 1, 1992..
Attachmonts 1 and 2'are the PECo responses to GL 92-06 for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) and the Limerick Generating Station (LGS)'respectively.

Response to GL.92-06 1
i Please note that by letter dated August 7, 1992, we revisoo our responso to GL 91-12 byEchanging the scheduled roqualification examination datos for LGS reactor operators and senior reactor operators from the wooks of January 11, 1993, through February 15, 1993, to the wooks of April 26, 1993, through May 31, 1993.
This change has no affect on the examination datos for the senior reactor operators ljmited to fuel-handing.
The roqualification examinations as roscheduled comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 55 for conducting an c.1nual operating examination.
As discussed with Mr. D.
Florok of..ogion I on July 13, 1992, blonnial written roqualification examinations for LGS licensod-operators woro conducted in January 1992, and are not required until January 1994.
Additionally, as discussed with Mr.
Florok, no NRC administered requalification examinations are
-roquired to be conducted et LGS in 1993.
Thus, conducting roqualification enaminations at LGS in April 1993 does cot adversely impact NRC Region I resources.
Thorofore, this response to GL 92-06 reflects the changos to the LGS roqualification examination datos for FY 1993 as identi:.iod in tbo August 7, 1992, lotter.
The LGS schedulo chango was necessary as a result of an adjustment in the outage schedule for LGS Unit 2 caused by a highor.than expectod; capacity factor.
The capacity factor shift placed the LGS 1993 requalification examinations within the outage timo period, thereby necessitating the roscheduling of the examinations in order to avoid adversely impacting outago activities.
