Dear Mr. Keppler:
As required by technical specification 6.6.A.1, the LaSalle County Station Staff has prepared-the attached test report which details the testing which has been completed as part of the Unit 2 Startup Test Program.
The testing was performed in accordance with FSAR Figure 14.2-2.
This report covers Test Condition Open Vessel, Heatup 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and the warranty Run and should be considered the last report on the LaSalle Unit 2 Startup Test Program.
As discussed with Mr. T. Tongue of your staff on April 15, 1985, this report is submitted late due to an administrative error.
