Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 10 CFR 170 Application Fee Enclosed is GPUN check number 1688E8 in the amount of $150.00 as payment of the 10 CFR 170 application fee for the TMI-1 requested additional relief from pump and valve inservice testing (IST) requirements.
Payment of this fee was not included with our March 19, 1985 submittal, as we felt this was a continuation of the application submitted July 10, 1984. Upon subsequent conversations with Mr. Owen Thompson, he has advised that our March 19, 1985 letter is being considered as a new issue and a new fee amount, and we are therefore remitting the $150.00 billed April 9, 1985.
