The title of the Security Shift Supervisor has been changed to Shift Security Specialist with the addition of the shift emergency communicator functica to this position.
This change and other misec11aneous changes (see Synopsis of Change) are the subj ec t of this plan change.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan.
This revision to the Monticello Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Comnussion in 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.21.
The Secutity Plan revision should not be made available for inspeccion and should not be placed in the publ!c document room.
