Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request which confirms service to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located, :s well as the Conmonwealth of Pennsylvania, bureau of Radiation Protection.

The proposed amendment deletes the requirement to place the plant in COLD SHU1DOWN condition when ine ECCS train is inoperable for more that 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br />.

Rather, the plant should be placed in HOT SHUTDOWN when this condition exists.
