ENCLOSURE CO M NWEALTH EDISON COWANY SLPPLEENTAL RESPONSE 50-456/84-21 AND 50-457/84-20 ITEM 456/84-21-07 AND 457/84-20-07 In reviewing the status of the completion of the Flushing Program at Braidwood, it was decided that better progress could be made in completing flushing activities anc closing out open items. A flushing group, which will supervise flushing, is teing formed. This group will assume the System Test Engineer responsibility for following the completion of open items in the flushing program.
The materials discovered during the recent preparation for the Full Flow ECCS Test indicates the need to review the flushing program and to take corrective action where appropriate. The flushing group will also assume this responsibility.
