In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits the original and three copies of Revision 5 to the Waterford 3 Security Training and Qualification Plan.
A description of the changes to the Waterf ard 3 Security Training and Qualification Plan is attached for your use.
The changes do.not constitute a decrease in the safeguards ef fectiveness of the Security Training and Qualification Plan.
' Revision 5 of-the Security Training and Qualification-Plan contains--
changes resulting from a modification of the Waterford 3 security training program.
These modifications were discussed on July-14, 1992, by Waterford 3 representatives and mec Lers ofl the Region-IV staf f in.
Arlington, Texas.
This discussion was documented in a-Waterford 3 Security Meeting Summary issued by the NRC on July 17, 1992.
The changes-to the plan are summarized in Attachment 1.
