This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification (IS)
J 4 4.4.5.a. which requires reporting the number of tubes pluaged in each i
j S/G within 15 days of completing inservice inspection (ISI) of 5/G tubes f
pursuant to TS 6.9.2.
A follow-up report will be submitted in 6ccordance i
with iS 4.4.4.5.b by October 10, 1993.
