Commonwealth Edison Company (" Applicant") hereby moves the Licensing Board to enter an order extending the time for filing objections and/or a motion for reconsideration to Monday, April 29, 1985. In support of the Motion, Applicant states:
- 1. Personal service of the Prehearing Conference Order was made on lead counsel for the Applicant on April 17.
The deadline for the filing of objections and/or a motion for reconsideration by the Applicant is Monday, April 22.

- 3. No party objects to the grant of this Motion, except that the NRC Staff requests that their time for filing any similar pleading be extended an additional 5 days beyond April 29. In addition, the agreement of counsel for Ms. Rorem is conditioned on the understanding that, if requested by the Licensing Board, counsel will have 12 days to reply to any objections and/or motion for reconsideration filed by Applicant and the NRC Staff.
