Enclosed is the Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Cycle 11 Startup Report required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.1. This report must be submitted within 90 days of completion of testing or resumption of commercial power operation, whichever comes first. Unit I resumed commercial power operation on August 19,1992.
