The proposed schedule for tne Waterford 31993 annual exercisa is the week of October 24, 1993.
Since the exercise will be an unannounced exercise, the actual date and time is not provided. These details will be discusn d in subsequent conversations with use Region IV Staf f.
This exarcise wi;i also be conducted off-hours and include the ingestion pathway emergency planning zone. This schedule has been discussed with representatives of the State of Louisiana, St. Charles Parish, St. John the Baptist Parish and FEMA and is presented here for your information.
If there are any conflicts or problems with this schedule, please advise 23 as soon as
- possible, r.s in the past, an exercise objectives meeting will be schedulad. We will 7
provide notification as to the date and time for the meeting an this information is confirmed.
The meeting will discuss the 1993 exercise obj=tive:. pcior to submittal to the NRC and FEMA. Representatives of the State of Louisiana, St. Charles and St. John the Baptist Parishes, and Entergy Operations, Inc. will be in attendance.
It is desirable to have the. appropriate NRC and FEMA representatives also in attendance.
