Dear Dr. Karams of I regret that I must offer my resignation from the position Manager, Office of Radiation Safety and Senior Research Scientist effective November 2, 1990.

Af ter carefull consideration I feel that it is impossible for me to work effectively ~within the structure of the radiation safety program at Georgia Tech. I believe that the Manager, Office of Radiation Safety (M.O.R.S.) lacks sufficient operational program.
