Fort St. Vrain Property Insurance

Conditions of Licenses, 10CFR50.54(w)(4)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) hereby reports in accordance with 10 CFR50.54(w)(4) that it has in effect $585,000,000 of property damage insurance.
This includes $500,000,000 of primary property damage insurance and $85,000,000 of excess property damage insurance issued jointly by the American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) and the Mutual Atomic Energy Reinsurance Pool (MAERP).
Public Service Company of Colorado is also actively arranging for additional property damage insurance with Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited II (NEIL II).
