Traveller STD, XL, and VVER Packages, Westinghouse Electric Co., LLC, dated April 6, 2020.

Dear Director,

Based on recent communication between myself and Project Manager, Pierre Saverot, Westinghouse is providing reference documents to supplement the Westinghouse amendment request application for the Traveller package license, USA/9297/AF-96 (Reference 1). Supplement documents support the NRC staff review of Safety Analysis Report (SAR) Revision 15, Section 2.12.9, Zirconium Alloy Performance During Testing, and Section 3.2.1.1, Cladding Materials. Three documents, identified in the proprietary enclosure list, are provided to support the analysis inputs of cladding content variations evaluated in the SAR. In conformance with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 2.390, as amended, of the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions regulations, we are enclosing with this submittal an Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure and an Affidavit, AW-20-5041 (non-proprietary Enclosure 1).

One copy of the supplement application is submitted electronically via NRC Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) system and one is emailed to the Project Manager, Pierre Saverot. Additional electronic or hard copy submissions are available upon request. If you have any questions, or require additional information, please contact me. Thank you for your review time.
