Thursday, April 09, 2020 3:33:44 PM Pursuant to the provisions of the FOIA Act, this is a request to review and/or copy all applications to the NRC by the owners and operators of the Millstone nuclear power station seeking exemptions to 10 CFR 26.205(d)(1)-(d)(7) as submitted since on or after March 28, 2020 concerning the COVID-19 pandemic and the NRC response to each requested exemption.
