The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that, effective on Novembe. 1, 1992, Mr. W. G. Gates will assume the position of Vice President responsible for all nuclear operations. During an interim period, Mr. Gates will continue to act as Division Manager - Nuclear Operations and report to Mr. W. C. Jones, who will assume adelitional responsibility for the Production Opcrations and Fuels Divisions. A new Division Manager - Nuclear Operations will be announced in t;ie near future.
