This relief request was accepted by the NRC Staff by lett er dated December 28, 1984. We mistakenly thought that this relief request was not accepted; we withdrew the request and replaced it w Wh a request for schedular relief in a letter 6at ed Deceti.ber 30, 1991.
During NRC Staff review of our request for schedular relief, the Staff reviewer noted that our initial request for relief had already been accepted and !nformed us

that it was eacceptable to leave it in place.
We, therefore, withdraw our letter of December 30, 1991 and are reinstating Request for Relief No. 66 into our program. The next revision to the program will reflect this change.
